Positive Ray Primrose
Positive Ray Primrose, under the leadership of Pastor Robert Govindasamy (ECSA), is based in Gauteng and operates from Samaritan Church (ECSA). Ps Robert is greatly assisted by Pastor Silvia, Dr Thomas and the two community workers. Furthermore his family assists in whatever way possible.
Importance is placed on personal relationships with the clients, and trust. The community has adopted the outreach and PR Primrose is ensured of the community leader’s support. No work can be done in a bubble – PR Primrose has good links with local schools, police, businesses, government organizations, and a GP.
The partnership with the South African Police Services (SAPS) in Primrose is of utmost importance. At the back of the SAPS property PR Primrose has erected a small church and community structure. There approximately 100 people meet on a Sunday morning for worship services, regular Bible Studies, and a sowing project are conducted from there.
